Job Responsibilities

1. Accounts receivables management
  • Ensure all invoices are processed in accordance to Company’s policy and procedure
  • Input of AR receipts
  • Perform month-end AR closing and reports
  • Quarterly provision for doubtful debts
2. Accounts payables management
  • Input supplier invoice and debit notes
  • Ensure all requests for payments are properly authorised and supported by relevant documentation, and prompt payment to be made to suppliers
  • Reconciliation of supplier’s statement of accounts and follow up on disputed invoices
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholder on creation of new vendor code
  • Maintenance of approved vendor list
  • Perform month end AP closing and reports
3. Process staff claims in accordance to Company’s policy

4. Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules

5. Keep accurate records/minutes and attend internal meetings

6. Liaise with other departments to ensure that all queries and disputes are resolved on a timely basis

7. Other adhoc duties


Job Requirements:
  • ITE/ Diploma (Preferably in Finance / Banking / Accounting)
  • Knowledge in using Navision is preferred
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Entry Level candidates may also apply
  • Meticulous, positive working attitude, willing to learn, and have a strong sense of commitment
  • Proactive, demonstrate good initiative and work with minimum supervision
  • Able to commence immediately
  • Willing to commit OT
