Responsibilities:

  • Full Set Accounting.
  • Billing, create credit note, Invoices, P.O filing.
  • Management of unpaid and paid documents.
  • Debit card use Trust creation, receipt management, verification.
  • List advance, receipt management, verification SAP input.
  • Depreciation and amortization management.
  • Inventory list of accounting, verification of the real CPF, SDL processing.
  • GST processing.
  • Approval document creation, filing.
  • Create salary specification.
  • Management of various allowances (commuting, travel allowance, reimbursement processing).

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years full sets accounting experience
  • Have knowledge of SAP system and GST.
  • Able to work 1-2 Saturdays (half day) in a month
