Accounts & Admin Executive | Bukit Merah Location | Up to $3000 (Ref.27018)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of accounting duties, including AP, AR, P&L, BS etc
  • Responsible for accurate and timely billing & recording of purchase invoices
  • Perform month-end closing (bank reconciliation, petty cash etc)
  • Perform Quarterly GST submission and grants applications
  • Handle Audit queries
  • Perform HR and admin duties including of work passes for foreign employees at MOM, monitor staff elave, payroll, flight/hotel bookings etc.
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma/Degree
  • At least 2 years of similar experience
  • Able to handle Full Sets of Accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/MYOB
