Accounts Assistant(1 year non-renewable contract ) | West Location | Up to $2400 (Ref.27506)

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, matching, coding & posting of vendor invoices & employee expense claims.
  • Processing of payments to vendors & employees via Giro, EFT or cheques.
  • Manage all incoming & outgoing documents.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents
  • Division operating cost analysis.
  • Assist in monthly financial closing activities.
  • Preparation of balance sheet schedules and audit schedules.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • At least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Proficient in account software preferably SAP.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounts Payable function.
  • Able to start immediately/short notice is preferred
