Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices and payments thereof
  • Process and prepare sales invoices;
  • Monitor dispute resolutions and make sure they’re resolved within a timely manner;
  • Ensure suppliers' details are accurate at all times (billing address, bank account details, VAT numbers, etc.);
  • Reconciliation of suppliers' statement / balances;
  • Preparation, reconciliation and recording of payments;
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries (regarding the status of accounts and payments);
  • Maintaining and working towards our reputation as an accountable, accurate and reliable business partner to both providers and customers;
  • Perform general ad hoc administrative duties or specific projects as and when required

Requirements:
  • Min Diploma holder
  • Min 3 years relevant work experience in Accounts Payable;
  • Proficient in Excel & Navision is advantageous
  • Able to work accurately & focused
  • Able to start immediately/short notice is preferred
