Receptionist cum Admin Assistant


Location : West Area, Singapore

Timings : 8.45 am to 5:30 pm (Mon – Fri)

Basic Salary : $1500.00

This candidate is required to handle daily administration of the front desk duties as well as provide accounting supports to Accounts Manager.



Requirements:

• Receptionist duties :

o Phone calls

o Attend to visitors, guests and external service providers

o Prepare Coffee and Tea for directors and guests.

o Arrange for Courier (local & overseas) including preparation of courier consignment notes and airway bills, collaterals, etc

o Sort & distribute mail

o Newspapers

• Call for maintenance (aircon, lighting, copier etc)

• Prepare monthly franked postage summary for outgoing mail by post for submission to post office and Finance.

• Arrange for requisition of other general supplies and items.

• Prepare payment voucher for invoices.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O’ Level and above.

• Proficient in MS word and Excel

• Able to multitask and set priorities

• Resourceful and mature with good organization skills

• Candidate with accounting background will be considered.


Other information:

• Able to start work within short notice

• Working location: Opposite of Jurong Bird Park, 6 bus stop away from Boon Lay MRT
