1. Accounts Assistant (AP/AR)
Commitment: Asap to 30 Sep 2019
Location: Ubi // Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Min 1 year of experience in accounting and finance
- Min Diploma
Job Duties
- Ensure follow up work on accounts receivables for collection.
- Process vendor invoices and payments on a timely basis.
- Checks employee claims and process reimbursements on a timely basis.
- Performs book keeping such as calculation and posting of journals.

2. Outdoor Sales or Operation (Non-office)
Commitment: 3 months
Pay: $10/hr + comm / $10/hr (for operation, let me know)
Location: Telok Ayer //Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm
Job Duties: Promote e-leasing services with merchants by travelling to different places (transport claimable)

3. Telesales
Commitment: 6 months
Pay: $1500/month
Location: Telok Ayer // Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm
Job Duties: Assist to reach out to customers who have expressed interest via phone calls

4. Admin
Commitment: 3 - 6 months or 1 year
Pay: $8.50/hr or up to $2300/month
Location: Bishan, Ubi or CBD // Mon - Fri office hours
- Advantages if you know excel: Pivot Table & V-lookup
- Min Diploma or A level
Job Duties:
- Process application forms
- Monitor and feedback on system performance
- Support the team in admin duties
- Tabulating, formulating and generating of reports

4. Customer Service
Commitment: 3 - 6 months, 1 year or Full Time
Pay: up to $10/hr or up to $2400/mth (able to commit 6 months or more)
Location: Bishan, Ubi or CBD
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours OR Mon - Sun, 5 days work week
- Customer Service Orientated
- Min O level
Job Duties (2 types)
- Answering phone calls and email to resolve issue (call center)
- Resolved walk- in customers issue (front-line)
- Admin duties for recording issue into system

5. Other positions available:
