- Ensure verified receipts are accurately recorded into the accounting system and reconcile with the sourced documents, e.g. bank-in slips or credit card settlement slips etc.
- Ensure journals are raised to account for daily credit cards receipts and credit card commissions.
- Check with bank on customers’ funds inward remittance.
- Follow up with retail managers on the deposits received from customer.
- Preform and prepare Bank Reconciliations
- Handle full set of accounts for inactive subsidiary
- Prepare month end schedules
- Prepare and file Quarterly GST Return
- Liaise with Tax Agent and prepare income tax schedules and income tax computation
- Liaise with Company Secretary and prepare Annual Filing and XBRL
- Diploma or ACCA Level 2
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in progressive responsible positions or in a similar capacity.
- Meticulous, accurate and has an eye for details.
- Possess initiative, strong planning, administrative organizing capabilities and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Possess pleasant, discreet and flexible dispositions to adapt to changes in the environment
