Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including data entry of accounts transactions and generate financial reports.
  • Provide corporate secretarial work to the clients .
  • Perform incorporation of company; handle the statutory records and other secretarial work required by clients.
  • Handle tax computation for company and perform E-filing the return with IRAS.
  • Perform E-filing of the resolutions and update changes with ACRA for company.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 1 year of working experience in Accounting, Finance and corporate secretarial related fields.
  • Minimum possess advanced/higher/Graduate Diploma in accounting, finance or LCCI, CAT in any related subjects.
  • Good communication skills and team work.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and multi-task
  • Experience as Corporate Secretary in outsourcing firms will be added advantage.
