The Job:
· Responsible to compiling of Time Management Records of staff; check and verify the records (salary, overtimes, allowances and others claims) to ensure accuracy in payroll system.
· Process payroll during mid / end of the month and ad-hoc periods
· Generate and prepare monthly payroll reconciliation reports for Finance
· Process salary-related computations for submission to government agencies, such as CPF, IR21 for resigned foreign workers and IR8A for staff once yearly
· Handling claims from government bodies such as NS MUP claims, maternity/paternity/shared parental claims and childcare leave claims
· Handle staff queries pertaining to salary and all aspects of leave administration
· At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration and processing
· Must have good understanding of legislations pertaining to payroll
· Meticulous, good at number crunching, responsible, able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, able to interact with people of different levels
Additional Information:
· Temporary assignment from approximately March 2019 to January 2020.
· 5-day work week
· Working hours: 8:15 am to 5:30 pm OR 8:45 am to 6:00 pm
· Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
