A little bit about me:
I've recently expanded my coaching horizons from swim coaching to fitness training. I picked up a greater interest in land fitness when I was living in the UK, as swimming is not as popular there. Having moved back to Singapore now, I've started a coaching company that offers coaching in Swimming, Fitness and Personal Development - vita-train.com
The areas that I specialise in are strength building, functional fitness, mobility training and fat loss. I aim to deal with fitness that focuses of your well-being, so this is more than just looking good, but also feeling good.
