Responsibilities

  • To support account department in administrative matter
  • Generate Purchase Order and co-ordinate deliveries different sites
  • Sorting and matching PO, DO and Tax Invoice
  • Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
  • Receptionist work scope such as handle incoming calls & walk-in “Visitors” & all incoming and outgoing letters
  • Provide administrative support
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • "O" level, "N" Level or NITCE
  • 1 year of relevant working experience is advantageous
  • Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to start work IMMEDIATELY or within short notice
