  • Working hours: 5.5 days work week
    • Monday to Friday 830am-5pm (Lunch 30mins), Saturday 830am-1230pm
    • 1 Saturday off per month after confirmation
  • Location: Kranji
  • Salary up to $2000
  • Entry level
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Answering phone calls
    • Handle emailing and data entry.
    • Prepare invoices/quotation/PO etc
    • Day-day general administration support
    • Maintain a proper filing system
    • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

    Requirements:
    • ITE / GCE"N" or "O" with 1-2 years office working experience.
    • Hands-on experience in using MS office
    • Good communication skills and a good team player
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision multitasking in a fast pace environment
