Job Overview

The Invoicing Executive is required to provide sales and invoicing support for the organization.

Gourmet Supplies is Singapore No.1 Drinks and Beverage Wholesaler and we have a vibrant, youthful and joyful workforce. The position is opened due to expansion. Our Company is located in Senoko Avenue.


Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support

Taking of orders from customers and generation of invoices

Assist in answering of calls and call ordering duties as required

Correspondence with customers via email

Sales takings reconciliation and keying of invoices for deliveries

Any ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by the management


Requirements

Well spoken and written communication skill in both English and Mandarin

Able to work independently, multi task, diligent and meticulous

Able to commence work soon is a plus.


Work experience

Similar administrative and invoicing work experiences

Knowledge of office administration procedures.


Expected Areas of Competence

Competency in Autocount system, Outlook

Meticulous and responsible


Salary and Work

5.5 Days / week

Monday to Saturday

$1700 to $2300
