Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any field and have 5 years of experience working in a human resource/payroll position. Experience in the food & beverages industry will be preferred. Duties required will include:
- Monthly payroll/CPF computation & administration.
- Process employment passes application and renewal.
- Manage records of employee details, leave and claim records.
- Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment and selection.
- Formulate and recommend HR solutions and strategies according to our organization needs.
- Conduct employee survey to identify gaps in employees’ needs and implement action plans to improve engagement and productivity.
- Administration of annual performance appraisals and salary reviews.
- Handling grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly payroll/HR statistical reports.
- Ensure all employees’ personnel files and database are updated.
- Coordinate with senior management team and operation managers on manpower related issues.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- 5 days work week. We are in the local food industry.
- Able to commence work in a short period.
