Our client, majoring in leather products in men and women series is looking for an Admin Officer to Managing Director.


Location: Ayer Rajah

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Salary: Up to S3,000 (Depends on Candidature)



Job Duties:

  • Provide seamless support to the leadership team to set and support the business direction
  • Facilitate the integration and prioritization of business activities
  • Anticipate challenges and plan accordingly ahead of need
  • Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team
  • Monitoring and following up on the progress of projects


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience working in a FMCG company
  • Preferably with prior exposure to brand management and marketing
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite
