Responsibilities

- With experience in Admin or Receptionist job

- Able to handle customers; enquiries and provide first level of support

- Answer calls / attend to walk-in customers

- Provide quality customer service over phone and email

- Remain up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to the customers and provides accurate information promptly to customers, such as on FAQs and etc

- Good knowledge and well familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Good communications skills

- Monthly submission of documents to Accounts department

- Liaise with vendors for delivery or maintenance in office

- Order stationery; Send/Receive parcels for courier services

- Other administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned

- Able to Multi-task

- 5.5 working days per week

- Singaporeans only
