Location: Ang Mo Kio Ave 5 Work 5.5 days Job Responsibilities: Performing general administrative duties such as sorting out documents, filing, data entry. Updating learning materials used in the centre. Handling registration of courses and payment of tuition fees. Attending to customer enquiries (telephone/walk-in). Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned. Job Requirements: Min. Diploma and above Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to be able to communicate to Chinese-speaking parents ) Proficient in MS Office such as Excel and Word No experience needed, but preferred to have admin/teaching experience (Temp/Contract) Meticulous, detailed and well-organised Pleasant and responsible Good interpersonal skills Independent, honest, and responsible Ability to speak clearly and confidently
