Job Duties:
Perform admin duties on office administration
Assist on documentation and data-entry
Prepare invoices and DO
Follow up with clients on pending matters
Adhoc duties as assigned

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
$2000 - $2500, depending on experience and qualification
Tanjong Pagar (5 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT)
6 months contract

Job Requirements:
minimum Diploma certification in any fields
1-2 years of administrative experience is required
proficient in MS Office application
able to work in teams and perform under minimal supervision
comfortable with contract positions
