Requirements

• Preferably diploma or above certification in business or relevant discipline
• 1-3 years of administrative experience will be preferred
• Good knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications
• Possess good command of written and spoken English

The Role

• Responsible for all admin coordination and operational duties
• Assist in providing timely support internally within colleagues during book projects
• Ensure delivery of book projects from vendors and their publication
• Assist in reviewing project costing information and monthly reporting
• Facilitate smooth communications between the executives, managers and employees• Coordinating meetings and conferences when necessary
• General office administration and maintenance
