Job Description
  • Responsible for handling customer account
  • Provide customer support and handle customer enquiry, scheduling and maintenance operation.
  • Plan and arrange schedule for new Project, service call and maintenance appointment with internal and external customers.
  • Remind sales personnel on the renewal of maintenance contract.
  • Handle phone-in and email enquiries from Customer pertaining Operation.
  • Process Work Order and Delivery Order.
  • Provide administrative support in creating and updating service request including service order processing and Maintenance contract.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping of all Service Record and filing.
  • Handle arrangement of technician transportation that are necessary for service technician mobilization to site.
  • Manage daily service records of service technician and site service reports.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties relating to Administration that are being assigned from time to time.
  • Support in the coordination of project activities.
  • Coordinate projects efficiently and to ensure on time completion.
  • Follow up on the project progress
  • To work amicably and professionally with clients, suppliers and contractor.
  • Invoicing
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
  • Working Hour: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 6.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level, A Level or Diploma
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • The incumbent should possess a great sense of responsibilities and urgency to handle customers' cases
  • Take ownership of the customer case
  • Possess problem solving skills and ability to analyse information accurately in an appropriate speed
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, Meticulous with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Team Worker, Mature, Meticulous, well organized, Pro-Active Work Attitude & Work Independent
  • Singaporean / Singapore PR only
  • Able to start work immediately
