Responsiblities

  • Processing orders from merchandisers, customers and stores.
  • Sending orders to the warehouse for pick and pack
  • Checking that orders are correct and in order
  • Coordinate local courier arrangements for outgoing deliveries to stores or customers
  • Checking and processing of returns from various sales channels stores or events
  • Attending and answering customer enquries and warranty claims processing
  • Data entry of monthly sales from various sales channels and events
  • Data entry of inventory movement
  • Data entry of monthly expenses and petty cash in/out
  • Other clerical support

Requirements

  • Strong analyical skills and attention to details
  • Self starter and independent
  • Knowledge of using Excel is a must
  • Great communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Only Singaporean and PR need apply as we have no more quota for foreigners
