This position is responsible for

· Creating and following up with new and existing sales leads extensively and primary goal is to focus on building sales pipeline.

· Handling outbound telemarketing, coordinating with email and mailing efforts across all sales channels.

· Developing and maintaining the required knowledge of the company and its services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity.

· Strong prospecting, exceptional listening, problem-solving and time management is critical


· Experienced with telemarketing, professional and have pleasant voice

· A self- starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team

· Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills Proven track record as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role

· Proficient in spoken English and one other language

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, and use of telephone systems

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Warm, welcoming and approachable voice

· Excellent skills in negotiation and dealing with customers’ objections

· Patient and composed in the face of customers’ objections and feedback

· Highly independent, disciplined and takes initiative
