Job Summary:


The Receptionist performs a variety of clerical and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization.


Job Details:


Work Hours: 8.15am-6pm


Work Days: Monday - Friday


Position Duration: 6 months temporary contract


Duties/Responsibilities:


· Meet and greet clients and visitors.


· Assist with temperature taking and safeEntry


· Answers phone calls and emails.


· Performs basic data entry and filing tasks


· Maintaining of office and pantry supplies


· Replenishing course notes


· Printing of course certificates


· Ad-hoc duties


Performs other related duties as assigned.


Skills/Abilities:


· Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.


· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).


· Proficient in Google Calendar.


· Willing to learn new softwares/apps.


· Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.


· Ability to organize and prioritize work.


· A good command of the English language, both written and spoken


Salary:


$1500 - $1700
