Provide administrative and secretarial support .

assist in preparation of presentations, reports and analysis
monitor outstanding tasks
maintain schedule and update calendar
liaise with other departments/teams and external contacts
organise, maintain and improve paperwork, documents and filing system
schedule and attend meetings, prepare meeting agenda and take minutes
manage the department’s admin budget

Preference for more than 2 years’ in secretarial/administrative experience .
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Words, Excel & Power Point)
Good time management, organisation and communication skills
Freshers also welcome .
