Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all HR functions with focus on Recruitment & Selection
Assist in other functions such as Payroll, Training & Development, Employee Relations,and day to day HR administrative duties
Provide support to line managers and staff on the aspect of recruitment and selection to meet the manpower needs of all outlets
Involve in internal and external recruitment activities/drives
Manage and maintain various job portals
Arrange and conduct interviews
Prepare and arrange the signing of Letter of Appointment, Letter of Confirmation and other employment contracts
Conduct exit interview and exit clearance
Handle performance appraisal administrative tasks
Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives and policies
Assist in the reviewing of staff development programme and employee handbook
Maintain personnel file and keep HR information updated
And other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred

Able to maintain close and effective personal working relationships at all levels of the organization
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
Resourceful, meticulous and organized

Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point
Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage.
