perform Daily Routine for Account Receivable and Account Payable functions and HR duties.

- Matching of DO, PO and Invoices for Payment Processes

- Issuance of Checks, updating cash book and data entry to MYOB

- Perform GST Reconciliations, GST Filing with IRAS, ECI Filing and EDB Filing.

- Perform Suppliers and Customers Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliations

- Monitoring and planning of daily cash flows

- Performs administrative functions and HR related applications and MOM matters


Degree holder in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/ finance /HR

- With atleast 2 years of Experience in Singapore in Fiance and HR filed

- with excellent English Communication Skills

- able to start immediately or in short in short notice period

- Willing to work on a 5.5 days work week .

- Singaporeans/SPR/LTVP/DP are welcome to apply.
