Daily Job Scopes:-


Our employment agency is hiring suitable part-timer to handle the following tasks:


- Handle phone calls and take down messages

- Attend to walk-in candidates and photocopy their details (NRIC/academic certificate)

- Posting job advertisements on major job portals and social media sites


Job Requirements:-


- Possess at least 5 or more years of sales / marketing / business development / telemarketing / administrative experience in office environment

- Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)

- Mature, polite and well-spoken

- S$8 per hour (Salary will be paid monthly, at the end of the month)

- Available to work permanent part-time or have at least 5 to 6 months' availability for this role

- Able to work at least 3 or more out of 5 weekdays per week between Monday to Friday

- Able to work at least 4 hours or more per day between 12.30 pm to 6.30 pm.

- Work place: 89 Short Street, Golden Wall Centre, #02-09, Singapore 188216 (Nearest MRT: Rochor MRT Station)
