Working hours: 8am to 5pm / 5 days work week

Job Responsibilities:

Handle partial sets of accounts

Monthly invoicing, AR, AP and bank reconciliation

Preparation and submission of GST returns

Handle cash flow reporting, forecasting and control

Compile annual accounts & liaise with Company’s external accountant to finalise financial statements

Knowledge of Accounting Software is an advantage

Sorting of documents/data

Develop and maintain a filling system

Managing of office equipments

Answering of phone calls

Other ad hoc account or administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

3-4 years of related working experiences

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pleasant deposition with positive attitude

Demonstrate sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player

Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines

Bilingual in English and mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients

Proficiency in MS office especially Excel
