Position

Accounting Admin


Responsibilities

Preparing of Invoicing

Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner

Manage communication including emails and phone calls

Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations if required

Able to learn and utilise Accounting Softwares


Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Data entry experience

Personality Traits

Willing to learn new things

Committed and have a Passion to improve continuously

Able to work in a team.
