Finance (Admin Support)


Duration: Immediate – 6 Mths or Minimum until Dec 2018

Salary: $8.5/hr

Working hrs: Mon-Fri, 9- 6PM

Location: Cecil Street (Raffles Place)


Job Scope:

- First 2 weeks of the month to consolidate billing statements for clients

- Identify billing by dept/ business unit in accordance to clients instructions

- Referencing CRM system or Account Manager for detailed checking for correct billing details

- Send billing to finance for final check

- Email out statement to Client

- Send invoices to client; soft copy or hard copy

- Follow-up on any adjustments to be made


Job Requirements:

- Need someone who is meticulous, eye for detail, and comfortable with dealing with billings/ invoices/ emails

- Checking for accuracy
