Job Description

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the AP Executive will be responsible for AP activities including but not limited to;

  • Processing of vendor invoices in high volume
  • Processing of payment run for all modes of payments
  • Assisting in period end closing and liaising with other teams as required
  • Performing vendor statement reconciliations
  • Responsible for journal entries for AP function
  • Any other duties as assigned
Qualification

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma / A' Levels in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the accounts payable
  • Highly proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table) and SAP
  • Meticulous, analytical and independent
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to handle high volume processing and commit beyond office hours
  • Able to commit on alternate Saturdays (9am to 1pm)
Other Information
  • Initial working location: Bukit Timah Road (beside LIttle India MRT).
  • Will relocate to Joo Koon (beside Joo Koon MRT) office after 18mths (approximately)
