- In-charge of delivering and collecting documents from banks, associations, embassies
- Attend to incoming telephone calls, couriers and deliveries
- Sort incoming fax and distribute them to respective person
- Prepare outgoing documents, call for pick-up.
- Write airway bills
- Posting of mail and buying of postage stamps at Post Office
- Purchase of Office Stationery and general expendables
- Maintenance of Projectors, laser-pointers, cameras, wall-clocks, batteries, etc.
- Record Telephone Bills/ Courier Bills/Copier machine meter readings
- Support the general ESH activity as fire warden etc.
- Assist in activities such as company D&D, Team Building event etc.
- Coordinate travel-visa application for overseas guests, upon request
- Update & keep record of all leaves in EXCEL (MC / AL/ Unpaid / Marriage / etc)
- Min Diploma holder.
- At least 1 year experience in general affairs/ office support role.
