Admin Officer (1 year contract) | Central Location | Up to $2300 (Ref.27043)

Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of delivering and collecting documents from banks, associations, embassies
  • Attend to incoming telephone calls, couriers and deliveries
  • Sort incoming fax and distribute them to respective person
  • Prepare outgoing documents, call for pick-up.
  • Write airway bills
  • Posting of mail and buying of postage stamps at Post Office
  • Purchase of Office Stationery and general expendables
  • Maintenance of Projectors, laser-pointers, cameras, wall-clocks, batteries, etc.
  • Record Telephone Bills/ Courier Bills/Copier machine meter readings
  • Support the general ESH activity as fire warden etc.
  • Assist in activities such as company D&D, Team Building event etc.
  • Coordinate travel-visa application for overseas guests, upon request
  • Update & keep record of all leaves in EXCEL (MC / AL/ Unpaid / Marriage / etc)

Requirements:
  • Min Diploma holder.
  • At least 1 year experience in general affairs/ office support role.
  • Able to start immediately/short notice is preferred
