  • Act as Personal Assistant to Director and partner.
  • Providing full secretarial and administration support.
  • Assist in office administrative support including booking of travel tickets, hotel, restaurants, salon etc.
  • Assist in secretarial support such as planning itinerary, arrangement of appointment, arrangement of meetings, taking minutes of meeting, handling of incoming emails, faxes and letters.
  • Screen incoming calls, assist on documentations, and collate reports and presentations etc.
  • Responsible to follow up, monitor the progress and take action on an assignment simultaneously.
  • Manage the client’s daily miscellaneous.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned.


  • Candidate must possess at least University Degree or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably who specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
