- Mailroom duties (Franking of outgoing mails, sorting and distribution of incoming mails)
- Prepares monthly balance of franking machine
- Handle topping up of franking machine
- Coordination and scheduling, delivery agents and drivers for dispatch service
- Coordination and scheduling meeting room bookings
- Serve beverages to visitors
- Maintaining & Monitoring stocks of supplies such as stationery, pantry supplies, copier papers, etc.
- Office Services
- Monitor good working order of miscellaneous office facilities
- Monitor subscriptions for magazines/newspapers and financial by updating of relevant spreadsheets
- Coordinates with vendors & arrange for servicing of office machines
- Record meter readings for PUB monthly.
- Assisting with facilities management and office administration functions
