Responsibilities:


Receptionist Duties

  • Reception and Switchboard duties
  • Mailroom duties (Franking of outgoing mails, sorting and distribution of incoming mails)
  • Prepares monthly balance of franking machine
  • Handle topping up of franking machine
  • Coordination and scheduling, delivery agents and drivers for dispatch service
  • Coordination and scheduling meeting room bookings
  • Serve beverages to visitors


Administration Duties

  • Maintaining & Monitoring stocks of supplies such as stationery, pantry supplies, copier papers, etc.
  • Office Services
  • Monitor good working order of miscellaneous office facilities
  • Monitor subscriptions for magazines/newspapers and financial by updating of relevant spreadsheets
  • Coordinates with vendors & arrange for servicing of office machines
  • Record meter readings for PUB monthly.
  • Assisting with facilities management and office administration functions
  • Checking and verifying related invoices for payment processing
  • Other ad hoc duties that will arise from time to time


Requirements:
  • Min "A" Levels
  • At least 1-2 years experience as Receptionist/ Admin
  • Able to start immediately/short notice is preferred
