  • Project-based for min. 5 months
  • Receptionist duties including taking incoming calls, outgoing mail + courier services arrangement
  • Executing travel booking for internal employees
  • Executing general office administration including stationary ordering, pantry supplies ordering, contacting third party services i.e maintenance department etc
  • Assisting in employee engagement plannings such as working with the team to come up with ideas and engagement acitvities for employees
  • Other ad-hoc duties as deemed approporiate by management

Job requirements:
  • Able to commit to office hours Monday to Friday 830-530pm
  • Min. 1 year of similar / related experience as above stated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication
  • Team player
