We have positions opening for the following yards.


Location: TUAS/ BOON LAY


Mon-Thu : 7.30am – 5.15pm
Fri : 7.30am – 4.15pm


Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the department
  • Maintain accurate database and records by performing timely data entry
  • Responsible for updating, labeling, photocopying and organising department’s files and ensuring that file contents are up to date
  • Maintains proper storage of files (e.g. Customer or employee confidential information), ensuring that files are stored in a systematic manner allowing for easy access when required
  • Assists in handling clerical tasks as required by the department (i.e. typing, photocopying, sorting, etc.)
  • Handles the maintenance of office equipment and keeps records of office inventory and supplies to ensure sufficient inventory are available at all times
  • Coordinates scheduling of meetings, ensuring that relevant equipment are in place for specific meeting requirements (i.e. projector, white boards, IP phone)
  • Provides any other support as required to promote learning and development, balance team workload and enhance overall team productivity
  • Liaise with various suppliers/vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Any other assigned ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
  • N Level or equivalent
  • 1 year of office administration experience will be an added advantage
  • Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Basic user of Microsoft Office products
  • Basic office administration process understanding
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
