Job Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day general office duties and administrative support including filing of paperwork and documentation, answering calls.
  • Monitor and follow up on section’s improvement initiatives and programmes
  • Consolidate data and update section on status and progress of KPIs
  • Follow up and ensure that section’s Controlled Self-Assessment documentation is in order
  • Monitor HazRep (Hazardous Report) submission
  • Update section organisation chart (monthly), training records (daily) and disciplinary records (monthly)
  • Manage inward/outward correspondence (letters, packages etc.)
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Any other task that may assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements

  • At least Higher Nitec or O Levels
  • Preferable with 1 year of experience in administrative work
  • Demonstrate ability to work as a team
  • Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Detailed and efficient
  • Computer literate
