- Assist the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR and administrative functions including filing of paperwork and documentation, answering calls.
- Handle On-boarding and Off-boarding process including recruitment
- Process online application, renewal, cancellation of work passes on MOM portals.
- Input data entry to update time keeping and leave records in iSRP (resource planning portal) and Vibrant (HR management system)
- Liaise and communicate with stakeholders to provide relevant information for data entry purpose
- Coordinate training & development activities. Ensure smooth running of the programme
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of information in all HRIS systems and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave system, employment contracts etc
- Assist on other HR projects as and when required
- At least Higher Nitec or O Levels
- Preferable with 1 year of experience in HR administrative work
- Demonstrate ability to work as a team
- Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
- Detailed and efficient
- Computer literate - proficient in Microsoft office applications
