Summary:
  • Permanent job position under the Admin Department reporting directly to the Human Resource / Finance Manager
  • Provide Sales personnel in all administration support on customer’s orders process promptly
  • Input all MOM or suppliers’ invoices into QuickBooks for latest record updates
Description:
  • Data entry of information into the system
  • To maintain database and archive old records
  • To coordinate and organize administrative activities including calls circulation, maintenance and filling of business information
  • To assist and coordinate in responding to customer’s enquiries and requests
  • To provide assistance to marketing staff in all administrative activities
  • To take up tasks and assignments as and when assigned by the superior
  • To perform other related duties as directed by Human Resource / Finance Manager
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of Secondary School education with at least a 1 year relevant working experience
  • Bilingual to liaise with madarin speaking clients
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to start work within short notice /immediate
  • Knowledge and application of; Accounting Software (QUICKBOOK); Microsoft Office (Words, Excel etc.)
  • 4 Full-Time positions available.
