Admin cum Clerk

Responsibilities

· Data entry and ensure accuracy of information

· Updating and collating of data into the system to generate reports

· Prepare manpower attendance and overtime reports

· Maintain office document and records

· Provide administrative support to the department

Requirements

· At least GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / Certificate of Office Skills (COS)

· Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, independent & meticulous

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Location: Tuas + Transport Provided: Boon Lay

· Salary range: $ 1800 - $ 2200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
