- Provide administrative support for the office
- Handle paperwork, issue DO, Invoice, PO, quotations
- Ensure proper filing systems
- Handle customer enquiries via emails and calls
- Training provided
- Preferably with prior administrative experiences
- Proficient MS Office such as Microsoft Excel, familiar with email.
- Friendly personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and able to thrive under minimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin preferred)
Work location: Near Pioneer Mrt Station, about 10 - 15mins walk.
Timing: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
