  • Ensure proper filing systems
  • Handle customer enquiries via emails and calls
  • Training provided

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably with prior administrative experiences
  • Proficient MS Office such as Microsoft Excel, familiar with email.
  • Friendly personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven and able to thrive under minimal supervision
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin preferred)
Work location: Near Pioneer Mrt Station, about 10 - 15mins walk.
Timing: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
