Our client, is a leading global provider of integrated transportation, storage and distribution solutions for chemicals and other bulk-liquid products,

They are currently seeking for an ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customers’ invoices and month end invoice billing
  • Ensure all AV tanks/completion job is being billed to correct party.
  • Update depot expenses in Excel once accurate delivery is verified.
  • Prepare vendors’ bills for Office Manager to process for payment.
  • Record staff and contract workers’ daily attendance & ensure time sheets are properly submitted. Preparation of medical, decal, transport & miscellaneous claims for workers.
  • Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes.
  • Ensure all documents are kept / filed in proper for quick retrieve.
  • Submission and preparation of training documents.
  • Monitor all office & depot equipment are serviced / maintained / tested as per schedule.
  • Upkeep service and maintenance & inform the Office Admin Manager on the due date of renewal.
  • Consolidate Payroll (inclusive of Overtime & productivity incentive)
  • Assist the Office Manager on any other office admin work as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma holder
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in administrative field
  • Must be familiar with MS Excel
  • Must be able to converse in local Chinese dialects
  • Only to Singaporeans / SPR need to apply

Other Information :

  • Working Location : Jurong Island

(Company transport provided near Chinese Garden/Bukit Batok MRT)

  • Work Hours : 8.00am to 5.00pm (5 days)
