Job Description:
  1. Provide administrative support to the team
  2. Assist in filing and document control
  3. Lifting equipment certification & recertification
  4. Safety-related matters Documentation
  5. Coordinating of facility and office maintenance
  6. Purchasing supplies for internal usage
  7. Follow up on certification audits (eg. Bizsafe, ISO, OHSAS)
  8. Monitoring on status of company vehicles (eg. Road tax, insurance etc)
  9. Any other adhoc admin duties assigned by the management

Job Requirement:
  1. Minimum GCE N'Levels
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  3. Self-Motivated, with Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
  4. Meticulous, Responsible and Able to multi-task
  5. Singaporeans only

Work Location: Tuas
