Job Responsibilities
  • Estimating cost and prepare quotation for sales enquiry.
  • Prepare Delivery Orders and process Invoices to customer.
  • Area calculation for quotation.
  • Liaise with Customers on Work order progress.
  • Update information from invoice submitted in the SAP system.
  • Follow up with reminder via email to debtors.
  • Perform variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in any engineering studies
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate proficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
