Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for Customer service Coordinator (CSO)

Address:

Toh Guan

Transportation:

Shuttle bus from Jurong East MRT station.

(7:40am and 8:40am)

Or

Can take public bus or can walk for 20 minutes. (Near IMM Building)

Position:

Customer service coordinator

Salary:

$1700 - $1800

Period:

3 – 6 months contract renewable or convert to perm.

JD:

- Shipment handling, booking, documentation and data entry.

- Handling of shipping instructions, overseas agents and contractors.

- Coordinate with customers regarding shipments.

- Provide customer service and invoicing to customers.

- Ensure smooth flow of incoming and outgoing shipments

- Liaise with hauliers/freight forwarders on import/export shipments

- Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties

Requirement:

◊ At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarder company

◊ Must have customer service experience in freight forwarder company

◊ Able to handle shipping documents

Working Days: Working Hour:

Mon - Fri

9am - 6:30pm

OT:

After normal working hour.
