Customer Service Officer (Joo Koon, 5.5 days, $2000-2500)

• 5.5 days’ work week

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties regards to shipping/delivery matters

• Attend to all incoming call regarding customers’ enquiries

• Follow company’s SOP for to process customers’ need

• Process customers’ orders

• Responsible for billing issue

• Able to meet the expectation from the management(meet KPI)

• Ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

• Min GCE “O” level with at least 1 year working experience in customer service field

• Possess good communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to type fast

• Able to start within short notice period

• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Able to perform overtime when required

• Salary range: $2000-2500

• Company transport will be provided at designated MRT stations

• Working hours: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm(M-F) 8.30 am – 12.30 pm(Sat), 5.5 days’ work week
