We are looking for experienced and hard working person to join our team asap. The role will include all aspects of admin work including but not limited to the below tasks. The position is for 10-18 hours per week. If you are a highly motivated and results-orientated person, then we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Keeping up to date with any changes or new policies and communicating these to the riders when necessary
• Working with the Rider Support Lead and Rider Support Manager to continuously better our processes
• Assist the rider payments team with rider administration, adjustments and data entry
• Working with the Strategy and Supply teams to optimise services levels
• Keeping riders happy by providing excellent customer service
• Learn the basic brokerage entry process as time permits
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• An excellent eye for detail
• Possess the ability to multi-task
• Previous experience in an similar role
• Experience in using Word, Excel and Outlook
• A pleasant disposition and polite telephone manner
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to prioritise work and good time management skills
