Responsibilities

  • Reception duties such as answering of phone calls and attending to visitors
  • Leave Administration includes maintaining, updating and monitoring of leave records
  • Maintains office supplies (Stationeries, pantry inventory & etc.)
  • Work closely with inter-department to ensure all documents are properly collated for timely submission
  • Processing of weekly staffs claims
  • Updating of monthly Staff Contact List
  • Sorting and distribution of daily mails
  • Provide HR and administrative support to the department
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time


Requirements:

  • Minimum O’ level and above
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant HR experience
