Responsibilities:

  • Assist and acts quickly on sales enquiries and give necessary adequate quotation to potential or existing customers where needed.
  • Provides and updates data bases of existing customers and potential new prospects.
  • Works closely daily with customer service (CS), logistics, sales merchandising (SM) teams to ensure purchase orders are met and delivery on schedule.
  • Keeps SM’s updated constantly on insufficient, expired or soon to be stocks, product issues and etc. from information gathered with procurement and logistics departments.
  • With information provided by SM’s on retail stores “Stock Take Days”, updates CS and logistics accordingly.
  • Provides on time monthly reports within the 1st week after closing of the preceding month to our principals.
  • Makes updates as and when on retail itinerary, order sheets, costs, recommended selling prices and etc.
  • Forecasts on adequate product stocks that are needed well in advance with procurement to ensure sufficient stocks are available on the period required.
  • Submission of monthly brand claims on every 7th of the following month.
  • Submission of Monthly competitors (from newspaper /stores / catalogues) price comparison weekly.
  • Weekly check on inventory levels every Monday morning and provide team with information.
  • Uploading of photos from merchandisers’ thumb drive or HP every Wednesday on brands with promotion and provide principals with info on claims justification.
  • Update all Retail monthly sales reports.
  • Create & Update Retail price book.
  • Update new retail outlets & new account opening.
  • Prepare new product listing form.
  • Daily newspaper cutting & filing.
  • Update Catalogues / Retail Price List when new products in CFF.
  • Update retail order form when new products listed in retailers.
  • Submit price maintain form or Update new price or promotion price in SAP system.
  • Document filing.
  • Attend to new customers on account opening details.
  • Liaise with existing customers on product changes or additions and etc.
  • Witness of dispose damage & expired stocks when GRN from trade on every Friday.
  • Marketing Support with trade and principals.
  • In-store verification - verify promo in store and check on market prices.
  • Works closely and supports retail channel manager on as and when assignments.


Requirements:

  • Minimum O level or higher education (Preferably Sales & Marketing related).
  • Strong PC Literacy Skills – Microsoft Office with strong Excel and Words knowledge. Knowledge of SAP Business One system would be advantageous.
